Create new file on root directory
  • Go to var/www/html, and hit enter.
  • Right-click on the root directory, then, ‘create a new file’ and give the filename ‘ .htaccess’.
Open htaccess file
  • Right click on ‘ .htaccess’ file, then, select the option ‘View/Edit’.
  • Now, paste the following given codes.
